Quinn Stills joined PIA on 9/30/17. Mr. Stills is responsible for Small Cap Equity portfolio management at PIA and will support our high yield credit research as a generalist with in-depth knowledge and experience in small/mid-cap companies. Prior to joining PIA, Mr. Stills founded Palisades Investment Partners, LLC, a privately held institutional asset manager. Prior to launching Palisades, Mr. Stills was a regional president for Mellon Financial and a member of the Mellon West Board of Directors, as well as a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Boston Company and Dreyfus Corp., themselves subsidiaries of Mellon Financial. In his capacity as a Portfolio Manager, Mr. Stills managed several equity funds. In total, Mr. Stills managed or co-managed in excess of $8 billion in institutional assets prior to founding Palisades. He has served on the Investment Committee of the International Foundation and as an executive officer of the board of directors of the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. In addition, Mr. Stills has made appearances on CNBC, Moneyline and CNNfn. Mr. Stills is a graduate of Vassar College and received his M.B.A. from Stanford University.
