By accessing the consultant portion of PIA’s website, I confirm that I am either a consultant for institutional clients, broker-dealer or a wrap program sponsor and I agree that the information about PIA and its investment products, including composite advisory account performance results (“Requested Information”), contained in the consultant portion of the website will be used by me solely for the purposes of considering PIA’s qualifications to provide investment advisory services or products to my clients and I further agree not to disclose any of the Requested Information to the public.  I understand that I may, however, provide the composite performance information for PIA products that is contained herein, to my sophisticated clients, but only in a personal one-on-one presentation and only so long as the disclosures that are included with the performance also be presented to the sophisticated client at the time of the presentation.
